ASA2018 Conference Student Awards

 

ASA2018 Conference is pleased to offer 6 student awards to attend the 52nd International Conference in Melbourne, Australia, 28 November - 1 December 2018. The student awards have been set up to encourage research students to present their research study, foster exchange of ideas and establish links for future collaborations.

ASA Student Awards

 

The ASA Student Awards are awarded to five (5) student lead authors of the 5 highest quality papers. This award includes complimentary student conference registration with 1-year student membership in the ASA.

IBPSA Student Award

 

The IBPSA Student Award will be a $500 prize awarded to the best building simulation paper by a student lead author.  The paper will be selected by the Scientific Committee and will be announced at the conference award ceremony.

Criteria for the selection for both awards are as follows: 

• The student must be a research candidate.

• The candidate must be the first author of the accepted full paper which is submitted to ASA 2018.

• The quality of the accepted conference paper and comments from the reviewers.

 

 

The following conditions apply:

The recipient will attend the conference, present his/her paper in the conference and receive the Award Certificate at the conference.
